My approach is to provide you with a safe, confidential, and judgment-free atmosphere to better-understand
your concerns and make your daily life and functioning easier.
Together, we will build a trusting relationship, by which we can explore your self-awareness and develop
the necessary coping skills to help you identify your strengths and create your personal goals.
I view you as the best resource for knowing yourself and identifying what you need. This is the basics of
Person-Centered Therapy. I shape my approach in accordance with the needs of each client.
